Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a primary focus on ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management).
Customize applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
Work on ITOM modules such as CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management (basic to intermediate level).
Support CMDB data management, including CI relationships, data accuracy, and alignment with best practices.
Configure and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and request fulfillment processes.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization of ServiceNow applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Maintain proper documentation and follow ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules (mandatory).
Working knowledge of ITOM (CMDB, Discovery, Event Management).
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, and Service Portal.
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
