About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow skilled with hands-on expertise in the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) module to join our team on a remote basis from India. The successful candidate will design, configure, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions that strengthen enterprise health, safety, and environmental risk management for our client organizations, including alignment with Qatar-specific safety and labor compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement the ServiceNow Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) module, including Incident Management, Job Safety Analysis, Safety Observations, Industrial Hygiene, and Compliance/Risk Assessments.

Gather and analyze business requirements from EHS, operations, and compliance stakeholders, translating them into scalable ServiceNow configurations and workflows.

Build and customize workspaces, forms, business rules, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and integrations related to the HSE module.

Configure incident reporting, hazard/near-miss tracking, safety observation programs, and risk assessment workflows.

Integrate HSE with other ServiceNow applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM) and third-party systems such as IoT sensors, environmental monitoring tools, and HR systems.

Support data migration, module upgrades, and platform maintenance activities related to HSE.

Prepare technical design documents, configuration guides, and end-user training materials.

Conduct unit testing, support UAT, and provide post-go-live hypercare and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EHS, HR, operations, IT)



to ensure solutions align with business and regulatory needs, including Qatar-specific safety and labor compliance requirements.

Provide ongoing enhancement, troubleshooting, and support for existing HSE implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–6 years of overall ServiceNow platform experience, including at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with the HSE module.

Proven hands-on experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow HSE processes such as Incident Management, Job Safety Analysis, and Safety Observations.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Service Portal/Workspaces, and Integration Hub.

Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting best practices.

Familiarity with ITSM/CSM/HRSD modules is an advantage, particularly where they intersect with HSE processes.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in HSE strongly preferred.

Knowledge of health, safety,



and environmental regulations and industry compliance frameworks is a strong plus.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed and remote teams.

Prior experience working on projects for clients in Qatar or the wider GCC region is preferred.

Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup, with strong self-discipline, time management, and reliable home-office internet connectivity.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Experience supporting EHS/HSE compliance programs in construction, oil & gas, energy, or other facilities-heavy industries.

Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting for safety and compliance KPIs.

Familiarity with international HSE standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

Arabic language skills (spoken/written) are an advantage but not mandatory.

Eligibility & Work Authorization

Candidates must be based in India and legally eligible to work remotely for the company.

Candidates must have a reliable home workstation and internet connection to support remote collaboration with Qatar/GCC-based teams and clients.

Willingness to travel to Qatar occasionally for project kick-offs, workshops, or client meetings, as required.
