Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies,

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations is an advantage. ? Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

Develop and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.

Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Develop, configure, and maintain Service Catalog items, workflows, and request fulfillment processes.

Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

Configure and maintain MID Server for secure third-party integrations.

Create and maintain Reports, Dashboards, and Performance Analytics to support business decision-making.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal system performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Follow ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
