We work with enterprise clients across India and the Middle East, and support US-based ServiceNow partners through staff augmentation and managed services.

About the Role We're building our ServiceNow practice and looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong, hands-on expertise across ITSM and ITOM. You'll work on implementation, customization, and optimization engagements. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)

Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations

Own technical delivery for assigned modules, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices

Work with integration technologies (REST/SOAP, MID Server, Flow Designer) to connect ServiceNow with third-party systems

Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and technical documentation

Mentor junior developers and support code review and governance standards





Collaborate with US and UK client teams across time zones as needed

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with at least 2-3 years focused on ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)

Robust ITSM implementation experience across core modules

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub

Solid understanding of CMDB data model and CI relationships

Experience with ServiceNow scripting best practices, ACLs, and UI policies

ServiceNow CSA required; CIS-ITSM and/or CIS-Discovery/Service Mapping strongly preferred

Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with client stakeholders

Flexibility to work across different time zones

Good to Have

Exposure to Now Assist, AI Agents, or GenAI-based ServiceNow use cases

Experience working in a partner/consulting environment with multiple concurrent client engagements
