Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure stable and uninterrupted operation of Linux and JBoss middleware environments.
- Manage end-to-end service delivery across development, testing, and production environments.
- Administer Red Hat Linux and JBoss EAP/WildFly, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Lead production incident resolution, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.
- Govern production changes,



middleware releases, and deployment activities while ensuring compliance with ITIL processes.
- Monitor infrastructure health and application performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, OEM, Nagios, and Splunk.
- Lead and mentor middleware support teams while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Ensure adherence to security standards, vulnerability remediation, access management, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in BFSI or enterprise production support environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to automation and cloud-native platforms.
- Experience managing onshore/offshore support teams.
