We have an urgent opening for the position of Manager - Service Centre for our Pan Mumbai Service Centres at Inlead Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly known as OPPO Mobiles MU Pvt. Ltd.)

Position Details

- Designation:Service Manager
- Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate with 8+ years of experience or MBA with 6+ years of experience
- Location: Pan Mumbai
- Salary: As per company standards

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Department and overall Service Centre operations.
- Respond to customer service issues promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and ensure service excellence.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer service activities and records.
- Set up current Service Centres as per business requirements.
- Conduct monthly audits of all Service Centres.
- Prepare and analyze reports as required by the management.
- Ensure zero shortages in spare parts inventory and cash collections.
- Monitor and improve staff KPIs, NPS, and TAT performance.




- Achieve business targets and assessments assigned by management.
- Analyze market feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and develop Service Centre employees.
- Manage the approved departmental budget efficiently.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple Service Centres.
