It is a technology-oriented project executing company involved in the design and construction of plants for fertilizer, green chemicals, petrochemicals in India and abroad with technologies for DAP-NPK, Green Ammonia, Hydrogen etc. in its portfolio. It offers a range of services viz.

EPC / EPCM / PMC and has successfully executed more than 850 projects with its technologies or from other world-class Licensors. Role & Technical Responsibilities:

Support with the definition and enforcement of global standards and operational guidelines.

Drive continuous improvement of IT controlling, risk and quality management procedures.

Coordination and alignment with other IT service clusters to gather data required for reliable controlling.

Support the annual IT budget planning jointly with IT service owners through data collection, consolidation and cleansing.

Execute data analyses to identify patterns, trends and deviations to be consolidated in various reporting formats for different recipients and stakeholders (e.g., CAR / department for controlling,



accounting and risk management, global head of IT).

Conduct ad-hoc data analysis on demand or specific requests.

Conduct internal audits to ensure and monitor fulfillment of corporate risk management requirements.

Create detailed risk analyses and reports to reflect current status of compliance.

Prepare and promote guidance materials regarding IT cost controlling, risk management and quality management.

Compile integrated management system (IMS) documents related to IT.

Continuously gather and prioritize lessons learned and adjust internal training material accordingly.

Requirements Expertise in IT cost controlling, risk management and quality management.

Proficiency in managing and consolidating large and complex data sets.

Robust analytical and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Experience in working within global organizations is preferred.

Experience with applicable controlling, risk and quality management terms and methodologies.

Proficient knowledge in commonly used applications for controlling, risk and quality management (especially in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerBI).

Understanding of IT service operations / IT service management and associated aspects for controlling, risk and quality management aspects.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on service quality and user satisfaction.
