Designation: Service Engineer – RF & Networking

Location: Sukna (West Bengal)

Qualification: B.E./B-Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Electronics & Electrical Engineering (EEE)

Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in RF communication systems, networking, electronic equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically proficient Service Engineer – RF & Networking to support the installation, commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of RF communication systems and networking infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of RF concepts, networking fundamentals, Linux operating systems, and Test & Measurement (T&M;) equipment. The role requires extensive field support, technical problem-solving, and coordination with customers and OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, test, commission, and maintain RF communication systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of communication equipment deployed at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and RF-related issues.
- Carry out RF testing using Test & Measurement (T&M;) instruments.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain routers, switches, servers, and other networking devices.
- Support system integration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and customer demonstrations.
- Monitor system performance, identify faults, and perform root cause analysis.




- Prepare technical documentation, maintenance reports, and service reports.
- Coordinate with OEMs, project teams, and customers during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Provide onsite technical support at defence, government, and enterprise customer locations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Required Technical Skills: RF & Communication Systems

- Analysing system and application logs.
- Restoring system functionality using standard troubleshooting procedures.
- Escalating unresolved issues with detailed technical documentation.
