We are looking for Experienced Regional Service Managers or Service Coordinators who has experience in coordinating day-to-day activities of Service Engineer. Responsible for on-site troubleshooting, customer training and field service
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating day-to-day activities of Service Engineer
- Customer coordination for Service and Installation
- Maintaining records and updating records of Service and Installation.
- Report preparation on Root causes of problems and developments.
- Site visits during projects
- Mail Drafting
- Sub-contractor Management
Requirements:
➢ Diploma/BE in Mech/Electrical
➢ Must have experience of 1 to 3 years as a Service Coordinator.
➢ Positive Communication skills (particularly in English, Hindi is added advantage)
➢ Experience in Customer handling, Leading projects, Proactive and Team handling and coordination.
➢ Good Technical knowledge and Erection experience
➢ Willingness to travel extensively
➢ Preferring the immediate joiners or maximum notice period of 15 to 30 days.
Work Location: Candidate can be in any of the location mentioned as follows:
Coimbatore/ Karnataka/Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.
