Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with 2.5–3 years of experience to improve website rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance online visibility. The candidate will be responsible for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities aligned with business goals.

KRA: Task / Activities

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO
- Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema markup)
- Execute off-page SEO strategies including link building and outreach
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams
- Track and report SEO performance metrics regularly
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends

KPI: Performance Metrics

- Increase in organic traffic




- Improvement in keyword rankings (Top 10 / Top 3 positions)
- Growth in domain authority and backlinks
- Reduction in bounce rate and improvement in session duration
- Conversion rate from organic traffic
- Technical SEO health score

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
- Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Understanding of HTML, CSS basics, and website structure
- Experience with keyword research and content optimization
- Data analysis and reporting skills

Preferred skills

- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Basic understanding of PPC and digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
