As a part of the team, you will help our clients with marketing and growth, taking on the role of a Search Engine Optimization and Growth Specialist.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Growth & SEO Specialist. As our Growth & SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting and implementing keyword research outcomes, performing growth and traffic audits, building links, creating and improving Google Maps listings, tracking web analytics, creating funnels, optimizing on-page SEO, using tools like Clay, Make.com, Claude, and others to create automations and more. You will work closely with our development and web design teams to create and execute effective SEO and Growth strategies that lead to more organic and paid website visitors.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in implementing growth and SEO strategies that lead to organic traffic for service and e-commerce businesses.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing growth automation strategies for repeat tasks and growth.




- Experience using Clay, Make.com, etc. to create automations for growth
- Experience in Google Maps listings and ranking businesses on Google Maps
- Proficiency in Keyword Research, SEO Audits, and Link Building
- Experience using GPT and Claude to improve SEO strategies, results, and roadmaps.
- Some experience in Google/Facebook Ads, Keyword/ theme research, competitive analysis, etc.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report Web Analytics
- Solid knowledge of On-Page SEO
- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus
- Experience with Content Management Systems is a plus
- SEO certification is a plus

Come prepared with a portfolio of other companies or clients you've helped with SEO and growth.

As a part of Polyuno, you will be working with 3-5 clients at a time. You will gain valuable experience across different industry sectors and be able to make an immediate impact on not only our company but also our clients and their performance.

The salary band for this position is 35k-50k INR
