Senior Wealth Relationship Manager (Senior Wealth RM)

Job Summary The Senior Wealth Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing High Net Worth Individual (HNI) and Ultra HNI client relationships by providing customised wealth management solutions. The role focuses on investment advisory, portfolio management, revenue generation, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through referrals, networking, and market prospecting.

Manage and deepen relationships with an existing portfolio of affluent clients.

Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions.

Cross-sell wealth products including:

Mutual Funds

PMS

AIF

Bonds

Structured Products

Insurance

Fixed Income Products

NCDs

Alternate Investments

Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and Revenue per Relationship.

Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and investment planning meetings.

Coordinate with product specialists and investment advisors.

Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Deliver high standards of customer service and relationship management.

Graduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.

512 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Affluent Banking.

Proven experience managing HNI/UHNI clients.

Strong knowledge of investment and wealth products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

AMFI/NISM certifications preferred.
