Job DescriptionWe're hiring: Video Editor at Clockwork

NClockwork is a science-backed oral care brand on a mission to change how India thinks about dental health. Our hero product — a nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste — is already live on Amazon and growing rapid. Now we need someone who can make people stop scrolling.

NThe role

nYou'll own short-form video content for Clockwork across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. This isn't a "cut clips and add subtitles" job — we want someone who understands pacing, hooks, trends, and what makes people watch till the end. You'll work closely with the founding team to shape how the brand looks, feels, and moves on social.

NWhat you'll do

nEdit and produce short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) — 10-15+ pieces per week

NDevelop templates, formats, and repeatable series we can scale

NStay on top of trending audio, formats, and platform shifts — and move fast on them

NCollaborate on shoot planning, scripting, and creative direction

NBuild and maintain a consistent visual language for Clockwork across all video

NExperiment with hooks, CTAs, pacing, and formats — then double down on what works





NWhat we're looking for

N2-4 years of experience editing short-form video, ideally for a D2C or consumer brand

NExpert-level skills in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut. Comfortable with After Effects for motion graphics is a plus

NStrong instinct for what performs on Instagram and YouTube — you're a native of these platforms

NCan work fast without sacrificing quality. We're a startup — speed matters

NBonus: experience with shooting (even on a phone), basic colour grading, and sound design

NBased in or willing to relocate to Delhi/Gurgaon
