We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in managing the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at closing niche technology roles, and has a strong track record in sourcing top-tier talent across the US market.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to closure)
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand complex IT hiring needs
- Source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other platforms
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand roles
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit
- Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and successful closures
- Maintain accurate records and updates in ATS systems
- Handle different hiring models including W2, C2C, and 1099,



along with visa categories (H1B, GC, USC)
- Consistently meet hiring targets and delivery timelines

Required Skills & Experience

- 9+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience
- Robust understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, SAP
- Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Experience working with major job portals and ATS tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work in US shift (night shift)

Good to Have

- Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
- Proven ability to close niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Exposure to contract, C2H, and full-time hiring models
