About the Role

WebWorks Co. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer who can transform complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience designing responsive websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, admin panels, CRM systems, and enterprise applications. The designer will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, Product Teams, and Clients throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements, product objectives, user needs, and technical limitations.
- Lead the complete UI/UX design process from research and ideation to final design handoff.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive interfaces for websites, web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, and admin panels.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and design evaluations.
- Translate complex workflows and product requirements into simple and intuitive user experiences.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, typography standards, color palettes, and style guides.
- Ensure design consistency across different products, screens, platforms, and devices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
- Review developed interfaces and provide detailed UI/UX feedback before deployment.
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and design decisions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collect feedback and improve designs through structured iterations.
- Mentor junior designers and review their work when required.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, accessibility guidelines, and industry best practices.

Required Skills





- 4-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, variables, and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles, typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
- Proven experience creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Solid experience designing responsive web and mobile application interfaces.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Good understanding of Android, iOS, and responsive web design guidelines.
- Ability to understand complex workflows and convert them into user-friendly interfaces.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage feedback from clients, product teams, and developers.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, React, Flutter, or frontend development processes will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working on SaaS products, CRM platforms, ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, AI-based products, or enterprise applications.
- Experience working in a software development company, digital agency, product company, or startup.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
- Knowledge of usability testing, user research, and accessibility standards.
- Experience coordinating directly with clients and technical teams.
- Experience mentoring or guiding junior designers will be preferred.

Portfolio Requirement Candidates must share an updated portfolio demonstrating:
