Mandatory Skills:

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer (AI/ML & Data Testing) with 5+ years of experience to support our data testing and ETL automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable Python-based automation frameworks supporting UI, API, microservices, and integration testing.
- Define automation strategies, select appropriate tools, and establish best practices to maximize coverage, efficiency,



and maintainability.
- Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines enabling shift-left testing and continuous delivery practices.
- Analyze system architecture and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure applications are built with testability, scalability, and performance in mind.
- Conduct code reviews of automation scripts and frameworks ensuring adherence to standards, performance optimization, and maintainability.
- Mentor and guide team members in Python automation frameworks, design patterns, and advanced testing techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product teams to align quality engineering initiatives with business and technical goals.

Key Skills (Must Have):

- Strong experience in Data Testing, including reconciliation and data validation
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, PySpark, NumPy) for scripting and automation
- Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, cross-database queries, stored procedures)
- Good understanding of ETL concepts, data pipelines, and data lineage
- API Testing using REST APIs and Postman
- Knowledge of ETL tools such as DataStage or Informatica

Positive to Have:

- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud environments
- Knowledge of qTest or similar test management tools
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and log analysis
- Experience with Apache Airflow (DAG testing, log analysis, OCP)
- Test automation using Robot Framework
- Banking domain experience, preferably in TLM and reconciliation
- Exposure to AI/ML tools, including GitHub Copilot and Agentic AI
