Key Responsibilities

- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and Acceptance Testing (AT) for Core Banking transformation projects.

- Validate business processes across Wealth Management, Private Banking, and investment products.

- Design, review, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.

- Validate Temenos T24 Static Data (Business Setup) and parameter configurations.

- Test end-to-end banking workflows involving Wealth Banking, Securities, and Derivatives.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Users to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.

- Perform defect management, root cause analysis, and regression testing.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production readiness activities.

- Ensure testing deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.

Required Skills

- 5-8 years of experience in Software Testing with a focus on Banking and Financial Services.

- Strong experience in SIT and Acceptance Testing (AT).

- Hands-on experience in Core Banking Transformation projects.





- Valuable understanding of Temenos T24 with exposure to Static Data (Business Setup) and parameterization.

- Strong domain expertise in:

- Wealth Management

- Private Banking

- Securities

- Derivatives

- Investment Products

- Experience in validating business rules, interfaces, and end-to-end transaction flows.

- Good knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Wealth Management transformation or digital banking programs.

- Knowledge of banking product configuration and parameterization.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

- Understanding of SQL and database validation is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

- Testing certifications (ISTQB or equivalent) are preferred.
