The role primarily involves handling and responding to customer inquiries received through IndiaMART and ensuring proper follow-up and query resolution. Key Responsibilities:Handle and respond to customer queries received via IndiaMART.

Provide product details, quotations, and required information to clients. Maintain proper follow-up with customers. Coordinate with the production and operations team for order processing. Maintain records of inquiries and customer data.

Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates preferred. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Prior experience in sales coordination or marketing support is an advantage.
