Roles and Responsibilities:

Equipment Operation & Monitoring

- Operate and monitor plant machinery, equipment, and systems efficiently.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure optimal performance of equipment to meet production targets.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

- Perform preventive, routine, and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement timely solutions.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and incidents.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance, downtime, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory documentation standards.

Safety & Compliance





- Follow all safety protocols and statutory regulations.
- Conduct periodic inspections and risk assessments to ensure a safe work setting.
- Promote adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) within the team.

Team Coordination & Support

- Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to maintain smooth operations.
- Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in emergency response and problem-solving during critical situations.

Education:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics/Telecommunication (preferred)
