- Lead end-to-end Salesforce consulting engagements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.

- Design and deliver scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

- Advise clients on best practices, AI-driven automation, and data analytics to enhance CRM effectiveness.

nClient & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and business leaders.

- Identify and understandclient pain points, providing strategic recommendations.

- Ensure customer successand satisfaction by delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions.

nTeam Leadership & Project Execution

- Manage and mentora team of Salesforce consultants, developers, and architects.

- Oversee multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Lead Agile/Scrum teams,ensuring smooth project execution and cross-functional collaboration.

nInnovation & Continuous Improvement

- Stay updated withSalesforce innovations, including AI (Einstein GPT), Data Cloud, and Industry Cloud solutions.

- Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and workflow optimization.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives and contribute to pre-sales activities.

nQualifications & Skills:

N10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

NExpertise in Salesforce architecture, implementation, and best practices.

NHands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

NStrong knowledge of Apex,Lightning Components, Flows, and integrations (Mulesoft, APIs, etc.).

NSalesforce Certificationssuch as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Consulting

NPartner Certifications (preferred).

NExcellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.

NExperience in Agile/Scrummethodologies and project management tools like JIRA.

NAbility to drive digital transformation and AI-driven strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-powered automation.
