Technical Project Manager – Salesforce Revenue Cloud Implementation (Contract)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a 6+ month Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation . The project team consists of 2 Technical Architect and 4 Salesforce Developers . The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring timely delivery while working closely with business stakeholders and the technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery

- Own end-to-end delivery of the Revenue Cloud implementation project.
- Prepare and maintain the project plan, milestones, sprint schedule, and delivery roadmap.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Track project progress and proactively resolve schedule deviations.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate the work of the Technical Architect and Salesforce Developers.
- Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove blockers and ensure the development team remains productive.
- Balance workload and prioritize development activities.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide weekly project updates.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical work with the Technical Architect.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project risks early.

Technical Oversight

- Work closely with the Technical Architect to validate solution approach and implementation strategy.
- Review technical dependencies, integration timelines, and release plans.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices,



coding standards, and governance.
- Coordinate code reviews, testing cycles, UAT, and deployment activities.

Risk & Issue Management

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Track and resolve issues impacting delivery.
- Manage scope changes through proper impact assessment and approvals.
- Escalate critical issues when required.

Agile Project Management

- Manage project execution using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Maintain Jira/Azure DevOps boards and sprint metrics.
- Track velocity, burndown, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs.
- Ensure user stories have explicit acceptance criteria before development begins.

Quality & Delivery Governance

- Monitor overall solution quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure documentation is maintained for requirements, design decisions, risks, and releases.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment.
- Support project closure activities, knowledge transfer, and handover.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of IT project management experience.
- 3+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects.
- Experience delivering Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ/Billing) or complex Salesforce transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and SDLC.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or PMP/Scrum Master certifications) are preferred.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed delivery teams.
- Experience managing integrations, data migration, and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
