Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead a moderate to large team of developers in building and maintaining web applications and microservices
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot
- Develop scalable, resilient, and independently deployable microservices on cloud platforms
- Leverage cloud services such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions for serverless computing
- Design and develop RESTful APIs with proper documentation and adherence to API best practices
- Design, optimize, and manage relational database schemas; utilize ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA
- Deploy and manage applications using cloud-based database services like AWS RDS or Azure SQL Database
- Define and enforce software testing methodologies; write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Identify and optimize application performance bottlenecks using caching, query optimization, and other techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
