Senior Tech Lead Job Summary – The position plays an important role in the design and analysis of software projects. The position includes defining software requirements, writing clean and efficient code for various applications and running tests to improve system functionality. Implement and maintain Java components and frameworks throughout the software development life cycle.

Years of experience needed – 3 yrs of experience of solid React JS application development experience, including a thorough understanding of React JS core design principles, architecture patterns, unit and automation testing frameworks, and popular ReactJS npm libraries.

Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

Experience working in an agile development environment (Agile, Scrum or Kanban preferred) Preferred master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field. Preferably worked in the Healthcare Insurance sub-domain. Good to have - Worked on projects with accessibility needs.

Technical Skills: Designing and writing software optimized for functionality, maintainability, and automation Building next generation web applications. Developing the detailed design structure after understanding the requirements and the design. Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
