We are looking for Senior Team leader Mechanical with robust technical knowledge of HVAC and ventilation systems, ductwork, plumbing and drainage, fire-protection systems, mechanical piping, pumps, fan and air handling equipment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related mechanical discipline is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in project management, commissioning, safety, quality management, or mechanical building services are an advantage.
Experience
• Approximately 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, MEP construction, project controls, technical design review, commissioning, or project delivery.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a team leadership, supervisory, or people-management role.
• Experience supporting international projects,
particularly US-based construction or engineering projects, is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated delivery experience across HVAC and ventilation, ductwork, plumbing and drainage, fire protection, mechanical piping, procurement support, installation support, TAB, commissioning, and closeout.
• Experience reviewing mechanical calculations, shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, submittals, value-engineering proposals, change orders, budgets, and payment applications.
• Working knowledge of Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Aconex, and SAP is preferred; exposure to Bluebeam is an advantage.
