Role Description

Role Description:

As a Senior Technical Lead - Data Reporting Services at Incedo, you will be responsible for creating reports and dashboards for clients. You will work with clients to understand their reporting needs and design reports and dashboards that meet those needs.



You will be skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI and have experience with reporting tasks such as data analysis, dashboard design, and report publishing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Design and develop reports and dashboards to help businesses make data-driven decisions.
- Develop data models and perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and QlikView.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to perform at their best.

Technical Skills

Skill Sets Required:

1. Experienced in Cash Accounting & Reconciliation.
2. Understanding of NAV, Financial Reporting & Trade Lifecycle
3. Domain Knowledge of different Asset Classes and Capital Markets
4. Ability to understand E2E processes, identify associated challenges & provide solutions
5. Valuable Communication skills

Nice-to-have skills

Criteria for applying:

1. Should have served 12 months (at least) in the current team.
2. Should have been rated Meet Expectations (at least ME) in last PMS cycle.
3. Should be at Sr. Domain Specialist role (at least) for last 12 months

Qualifications

Qualifications
- 8-10 years of work experience in relevant field
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
