Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator to design, implement, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Microsoft Office 365 environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud administration, identity management, enterprise integrations, security compliance, and technical leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and highly available IT services.

Key Responsibilities :

Multi-Cloud Architecture & Management :

- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise workloads across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Lead cloud migration initiatives, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and application modernization.
- Define and implement cloud governance, resource tagging, identity management, access controls, and cost optimization strategies.
- Evaluate and implement cloud-native services to improve scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

AWS, Azure, GCP & OCI Administration :

- AWS : Manage EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, Lambda, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and related services.
- Azure : Administer subscriptions, resource groups, Azure Policy, RBAC, Virtual Machines, networking, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- GCP : Manage Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, IAM, VPC, and Cloud Operations.
- OCI : Administer compute, storage, networking (VCN),



load balancers, Autonomous Database, compartments, and security zones.

Microsoft 365 & Identity Management :

- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, identity governance, and hybrid identity environments.
- Support Exchange migrations, hybrid deployments, and third-party integrations.

Oracle Cloud & Enterprise Integration :

- Support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle ERP, HCM, and SCM platforms.
- Ensure secure, reliable connectivity and seamless integration between Oracle applications and enterprise systems.

Security, Compliance & Governance :

- Implement and monitor security controls across cloud platforms, identity services, and productivity tools.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in security audits, risk assessments, incident response, and remediation activities.

Technical Support & Incident Management :

- Act as the primary escalation point for Severity-1 incidents and complex cross-platform issues.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management :

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and cloud administrators.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,



internal IT teams, cloud providers, and technology vendors.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable technical solutions.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement :

- Maintain architecture diagrams, operational documentation, and technical standards.
- Provide reports on system availability, performance, cloud utilization, and security posture.
- Drive continuous service improvement and operational excellence.

Required Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, migration strategies, identity and access management, networking, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise IT environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / SysOps Administrator
- Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Google Cloud Professional Certifications
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Certifications
- Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Entra ID Certifications
