- Logistics Coordinator (Team Leader) We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator - Team Leader with a robust background in Full Truck Load (FTL) operations and market vehicle placement.

- The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, coordinating with transporters and vehicle vendors, ensuring timely vehicle placement, and managing end-to-end transportation operations.

Responsibilities : -

- Lead and manage a team of logistics coordinators to achieve daily operational targets.

- Arrange and place FTL vehicles from the open market based on business requirements.

- Coordinate with transporters, brokers, fleet owners, and drivers for timely vehicle placement.

- Ensure timely vehicle availability and dispatch as per customer requirements.

- Track vehicle movement and provide regular shipment updates.

- Negotiate freight rates with transporters while maintaining service quality.





- Handle operational escalations and resolve transportation issues efficiently.

- Monitor trip execution, turnaround time (TAT), and delivery performance.

- Maintain MIS reports and operational records.

- Train and guide team members to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Preferred Candidate : -

- Experience working with transporters, fleet owners, and brokers across different routes.

- Strong knowledge of market freight trends and vehicle availability.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Requirements : -

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1-4 years of experience in FTL logistics, transportation operations, or vehicle placement.

- Prior team handling experience is preferred.
