Role & responsibilities

- Design and analyse precast concrete structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial building projects.

- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and detailed engineering documentation in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

- Perform structural modelling and analysis using ETABS and other relevant structural engineering software.

- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Act as the primary technical interface with clients, attending design review meetings and addressing technical queries.

- Review and approve precast shop drawings, connection details, and engineering submissions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and lead the precast design team.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality, safety, and cost objectives.

- Support value engineering initiatives and recommend efficient structural solutions.

Preferred candidate profile





- Strong expertise in Precast Structural Design.

- Advanced proficiency in ETABS.

- Sound knowledge of reinforced concrete and precast design principles, structural analysis, and relevant design codes.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Solid client management and stakeholder coordination abilities.

- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage engineering teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience in client coordination and leading engineering teams is essential.
