Overview
About Business Unit:
The Senior Specialist, Data Account Management, Center of Excellence is responsible for supporting and growing Lotame’s relationships with existing audience data buyers and channel partners. This role contributes to the continued growth of the Lotame Data Exchange business by delivering high-quality account support, data sales enablement, and client-facing solutions.
Candidates for this position must be knowledgeable in major Internet technologies and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. They should have a passion for solving problems, improving client support processes, and creating efficiencies in how Lotame clients are serviced. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, detail-oriented account manager, and strong cross-functional partner.
In this role, you will work directly with marketers, agencies, and platform partners to support best-in-class Data Sales Enablement service.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a campaign point of contact for data buyers and support responses to RFPs with relevant audience recommendations.
- Support Data Sales Executives throughout the sales process with new and existing clients
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing agency groups, DSPs, SSPs, and agency trade desks, with a focus on supporting Lotame Data Exchange (LDX) data sales
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships that help increase Agency, DSP, and SSP data investment
- Support programs that improve the data buyer experience and increase client education through client touchpoints, business reviews, mentoring support, and data solutions product updates
- Contribute to Lotame’s data sales go-to-market strategy, best practices, and operational processes
- Collaborate with major customers and internal teams to strengthen relationships and support growth across Lotame’s client and agency base
- Develop case studies and campaign insights to share with customers and promote data-driven growth opportunities
Qualifications
Necessary Skills:
- Knowledge of the programmatic advertising and data management marketplaces, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and translate them into practical solutions for clients
- Organized and analytical, with the ability to assess client needs and support effective implementation plans
- Solid business and operational analytical skills
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work across cross-functional teams
- Ability to independently manage workload, prioritize competing requests, and follow through on deliverables
At a minimum, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, AND
- 5–8 years of experience working with DSP, SSP, Publisher, Agency, Ad Tech, or SaaS environments OR
- Relevant combination of education and experience
- Preferred: Experience in client services, account management, sales enablement, or customer success roles
- Preferred: Experience supporting online ad operations, ad tech, data partnerships, or SaaS business models
