Role Description A Salesforce Functional Architect for Field Service Lightning FSL bridges the gap between business needs and system capabilities Lead architectural design configure complex scheduling policies map out mobile workflows and oversee the endtoend delivery of enterprisestandard field service solutions Key Responsibilities Solution Design Architecture Translate complex business requirements into scalable endtoend FSL Salesforce Field Service architectures ensuring alignment between functional design and business objectives Scheduling Optimization Configure intricate scheduling policies work rules and service objectives particularly utilizing Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization ESO capabilities Stakeholder Collaboration Lead discovery scoping and design workshops with client executives and subject matter experts to establish program roadmaps and technical vision Technical Guidance Mentor development and implementation teams to ensure configurations such as Apex and Lightning Web Components adhere to FSL best practices Integration Governance Oversee the integration of FSL with external platforms eg mapping software ERPs and define system processes and information flows Required Qualifications Experience 10 years of IT experience with a solid focus on Salesforce environments and multiple FSL implementations Certifications Holding a Salesforce Administrator Service Cloud Consultant and FSL Consultant credential Functional Knowledge Deep understanding of field service operations dispatcher console setups and mobile technician workflows Technical Skills Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling application architecture patterns and integrations Soft Skills Exceptional clientfacing communication and expectationmanagement skills to negotiate solutions to complex business problems
