.Roles & Responsibilities

:Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs and microservices using Node.js (TypeScript/NestJS)

.Build and integrate AI-driven chatbots and NLP-based solutions for customer support and workspace management

.Work on data analytics, user behavior tracking, and operational insights

.Architect and build responsive, accessible web applications and admin dashboards using React.js/Next.js

.Implement pixel-perfect UIs from design mocks (Figma/Sketch), ensuring consistency with a design system or component library

.Optimize bundle size, rendering performance (SSR/SSG), and implement code-splitting/lazy loading for fast load times

.Manage application state with Redux/Context API, MobX or other state-management patterns





.Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to WCAG accessibility standards

.Integrate frontend telemetry for Core Web Vitals monitoring and lighthouse performance

.Manage cloud infrastructure & DevOps workflows (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) as and when needed

.Optimize database performance with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)

.Help in improving engineering platform activities like setting up logging, monitoring and alerting

.Identify and fix bugs on both frontend and backend codebases

.Ensure code quality, security, and best practices via testing, CI/CD, and peer reviews
