Experience: 8+ Years About the Role:

- We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Engineer (SDE) to join our engineering team in Bengaluru. This is a Senior Individual Contributor (IC) role, ideal for engineers who can independently design, build, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, React, AWS, and modern CI/CD practices, along with experience building high-quality production systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React, and AWS.
- Independently own and deliver medium to large-sized features from design through production deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, secure, and production-quality code following engineering best practices.
- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to scalable, resilient application architecture.
- Perform design reviews and code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues while ensuring application reliability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical Program Managers (TPMs), UX designers,



and other engineering teams.
- Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
- Build and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS services and modern DevOps methodologies.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and automated software delivery.
- Contribute to engineering excellence through continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of skilled software development experience.
- Strong programming expertise in Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js for front-end application development.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to Kotlin is preferred.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML-enabled applications or integrations is an added advantage.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
- Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and modern development workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
