: Application Developer The Application Developer will be responsible for delivering small- to medium-sized digital enhancements and production support across key platforms, including Digital Quote Portal, RBC Buy Online, PCI Quoters, Web Utility, EDI, and STEP SaaS Platform. The role requires hands-on experience in .NET and Java technologies, strong problem-solving capability, and the ability to work in a continuous delivery model with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver small- to medium-sized enhancements across Digital Quote Portal, RBC Buy Online, PCI Quoters, Web Utility, EDI, and STEP SaaS Platform on a bi-weekly cadence as part of digital continuous delivery.

- Implement vulnerability fixes, platform upgrades, QSP redesign, Combined redesign, and other active digital initiatives.

- Develop and implement digital changes included in EBR scope, as applicable.

- Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog for delivery through a Kanban model.

- Provide solution design for identified gaps, defects, and business issues in partnership with Product Management, UI/UX, Architecture, Integrations, and Guidewire teams.

- Support ad-hoc agent requests related to PCI access for Leads Management.

- Manage production incidents,



including root cause analysis, fix implementation, validation, and stakeholder coordination.

- Address lower-environment issues and RCAs encountered during Enterprise Regression testing.

- Support cross-team initiatives by implementing required digital changes for dependent delivery teams.

Required Skills and Experience

- Strong hands-on development experience in .NET and Java-based applications.

- Experience working with web applications, digital portals, APIs, integrations, EDI, and SaaS platforms.

- Good understanding of production support, incident management, RCA, defect resolution, and release validation.

- Ability to work in Agile/Kanban delivery models with two-week delivery cycles.

- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, UI/UX, Architecture, Integration, and enterprise platform teams.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Delivery Expectations The developer is expected to deliver quality changes every two weeks, ensure timely closure of production and lower-workplace issues, contribute to solution design discussions, and support continuous improvement across digital delivery initiatives.
