- Working with a team of engineers and architects, you will be responsible for developing and supporting a highly scalable SaaS based CRM product

- 3-5 years of hands-on development experience in Java Backend, Springboot
- Experience with high-throughput message queueing systems (Kafka/Pulsar/SQS)
- Experience with NoSQL (preferably MongoDB), SQL (preferably RDS MySQL) and Cache (preferably Redis) Experience of deploying microservices CI/CD, Docker
- Proven understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
- Writing high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code
- Self-motivated, go-getter, passion for learning, strong communication skills
- Knowledge of cloud services - AWS/GCP/Azure
- Experience with Docker
