Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our core engineering team in Bangalore, where you will take ownership of building and scaling high-performance web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend architecture and intuitive frontend experiences, working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Your work will directly influence the scalability of our platform, ensuring that millions of users enjoy a seamless, reliable, and lightning-fast digital experience as we continue to expand our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Node.js to ensure high availability and low latency for our global user base.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces with React.js to provide an engaging and intuitive experience for our customers.
- Design and optimize complex database schemas in MySQL to maintain data integrity and support high-volume transaction processing.
- Streamline the software development lifecycle by implementing robust CI/CD pipelines to accelerate feature delivery and minimize deployment risks.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker to ensure consistency across development, testing,



and production environments.
- Leverage AWS cloud infrastructure to build resilient, secure, and cost-effective systems that meet evolving business demands.

Required Skillset :

- Proven expertise in building full-stack applications with Node.js and React.js, demonstrating a deep understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and asynchronous programming.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS, to support enterprise-grade applications.
- Robust proficiency in database design and performance tuning within MySQL, ensuring efficient query execution and data management.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, specifically in configuring CI/CD pipelines and utilizing Docker for container orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working in a hybrid office environment in Bangalore, and capable of adapting to fast-paced, agile development cycles.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with 5 - 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
