The Senior Software Developer plays a crucial role in our organization, providing technical leadership and expertise in software development. They are responsible for designing, coding, testing, and debugging complex software solutions, as well as providing guidance to junior developers and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the codebase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship recent features
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry best practices
- Contribute to architecture and design of new and existing systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams
- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility of solutions
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects

- Create documentation for software components and configurations

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related frameworks
- Experience with Agile methodologies and principles
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers
- Experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques
- Experience with cloud technologies is a plus
- Passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and technologies
