ControlEnsure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications. Conduct inspections before and after execution of work. Verify materials received at site meet approved specifications. Ensure rectification of quality observations. Planning & MonitoringMonitor project progress against schedules. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Identify delays and recommend corrective actions. Ensure timely completion of milestones.

Material

ManagementEstimate material requirements.



Coordinate with the Procurement and Store departments. Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage. Verify material quantities received and issued.

Contractor

ManagementSupervise subcontractors and labour teams. Ensure contractors meet productivity and quality targets. Verify contractor measurements and executed quantities.

Safety

ComplianceEnsure compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements. Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions. Report unsafe conditions and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with the Safety Officer during inspections.

DocumentationMaintain site records and project documentation. Verify measurement books (MB). Maintain DPR (Daily Progress Report). Record material consumption and labour deployment. Maintain site instructions and inspection records.

Billing & MeasurementsVerify work measurements for contractor billing. Coordinate with QS/Billing Engineers. Support preparation of running account bills.
