We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-wide SPM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM capabilities, enterprise portfolio management, Agile delivery, project governance, resource management, and digital transformation initiatives. The SPM Architect will partner with business leaders, PMO organizations, Enterprise Architecture teams, Finance, Product Management, and IT leadership to establish strategic planning processes, portfolio governance frameworks, investment prioritization models, and value realization practices using the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

Strategic Portfolio Management Leadership

Lead enterprise-wide SPM transformation initiatives.

Design scalable operating models aligned with organizational strategy.

Define portfolio governance, demand management, investment planning, and prioritization frameworks.

Establish portfolio health, KPI, and executive reporting mechanisms.
