Role Description This is a full-time, in office Senior ServiceNow Developer role based in Bengaluru.

The Senior

ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and AI-enabled workflows across IT, HR, Security, Risk, and other enterprise functions.

Responsibilities include configuring and customizing the Now Platform, building integrations with external systems, and implementing best practices for performance, scalability, and security. The role involves collaborating with consulting, implementation, and operations teams to gather requirements,



translate them into technical solutions, and support end-to-end delivery.

The Senior

ServiceNow Developer will also mentor junior developers, contribute to technical standards, and participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.

Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, ideally with cloud and enterprise platforms.

Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Advanced experience with ServiceNow development (server-side and client-side scripting, integrations, custom applications, and workflows).

Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows or working with AI/ML features on enterprise platforms is an advantage.

Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and integration patterns in large-scale environments.

Understanding of ITIL processes, IT workflows, IRM, Security, or Customer Service workflows is beneficial.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and mentor peers.

Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
