Job Summary

We are looking for an SEO/GEO Specialist who can own and execute our organic and AI search strategy end-to-end. This goes beyond traditional SEO, you will be expected to work not just on traditional search engines but equally on Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) to ensure J&J; appears in AI-generated results on platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. You will work closely with the content team to build a content architecture that drives our traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute technical SEO audits - crawl errors, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, site speed, and structured data.
- Perform keyword research and build pillar-and-cluster content architecture, high-impact on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Optimise all on-page elements - meta tags, headers, internal linking, content structure, and landing pages to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Drive off-page SEO through backlink acquisition, digital PR, and partner directory submissions to strengthen domain authority.
- Implement GEO strategies to get cited in AI-generated search results.
- Optimise content for AEO - featured snippets, FAQ schema, People Also Ask, and direct answers.




- Monitor and improve AI visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Copilot
- Manage Google Business Profile and support multi-region SEO across US, India, UAE, and AU markets.
- Deliver monthly performance reports tracking rankings, traffic, backlinks, and AI mention growth, using GA4, Google Search Console, and other industry tools.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-optimised briefs for blogs, landing pages, and case studies.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results
- Solid understanding of ranking factors, technical SEO, and site architecture
- Solid understanding of GEO and AEO is a must
- Proficient with Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush or Ahrefs
- Experience with Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of JSON-LD, schema markup, and E-E-A-T principles
- Ability to analyze large data sets to draw actionable insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to write and review SEO content briefs independently
- B2B or SaaS SEO experience is a strong advantage
- International or multi-region SEO experience is preferred
- Bonus Points: Prior experience with AI image generation & AI video creation and YouTube SEO.

Pay: ₹10,581.07 - ₹25,000.00 per month
