About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with solid functional expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience supporting global SAP SuccessFactors landscapes. The ideal candidate should be confident in client-facing interactions, capable of managing BAU support and enhancement projects, and experienced in collaborating with offshore and UK-based teams.

This role requires hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central along with experience in release management, instance refresh activities, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central support and enhancement activities.

Gather business requirements and provide SAP best-practice solutions.

Work directly with UK stakeholders and business users.

Handle incident management, service requests, change requests, and ticket escalations.

Perform root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions.

Plan, coordinate, and support SAP SuccessFactors biannual releases.

Manage system refresh and post-refresh validation activities.





Support the expanding SAP SuccessFactors landscape.

Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, HR, and cross-functional teams.

Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports.

Ensure governance and ITIL process compliance.

Keep current with SAP SuccessFactors innovations including Joule AI and SAP BTP.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development.
