Requirements Solutioning: Leading workshops to capture business requirements, analyzing gaps, and proposing scalable SAP solutions.

Configuration & Design: Building and maintaining complex SAP configurations aligned with business goals (MM,SD).

Testing & Deployment: Managing functional testing,



defect resolution, and deployment of current releases and enhancements.

UAT & Training Support: Guiding business users through User Acceptance Testing and delivering training to Super Users and end users.

Process Optimization: Advising stakeholders on process improvements and challenge unnecessary customizations.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business leads to ensure alignment and delivery.

Application Support: Providing expert-level support for SAP Operations processes and integrations with external systems (e.g. TMS, GTS, Plant systems, EDI).

Workstream Leadership: Representing the Operation workstream in project governance, plan staffing and budget, and mentor junior team members. What you already have... Minimum requirement of 8 years of relevant work experience in SAP MM and/or SD modules.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Strong functional leadership with a focus on business process optimization.

Familiarity with ABAP is advantageous but not required.
