We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Specialist with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and the Funds Management (FM) module to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of financial management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Funds Management processes and their integration with other SAP modules within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable and compliant financial management solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities for SAP S/4HANA Funds Management (FM) solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to budgeting, commitment management, fund allocation, and financial controls.
- Configure and customize SAP Funds Management functionalities, including:
- Budget Control System (BCS)
- Availability Control (AVC)
- Commitment Management
- Fund Centers
- Commitment Items
- Funded Programs
- Budget Planning and Distribution

- Design and implement integration between Funds Management and:

- Financial Accounting (FI)
- Controlling (CO)
- Materials Management (MM)
- Project Systems (PS)
- Grants Management (GM)
- Treasury Management
- Procurement and Purchasing processes.

- Participate in SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation projects from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best practices for process optimization.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments, enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
- Conduct system testing activities including:

- Unit Testing
- SIT (System Integration Testing)
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

- Develop and execute data migration strategies for Funds Management master and transactional data.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support period-end and year-end financial activities related to Funds Management.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership across SAP initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations.
- Prepare solution design documents, process flows, and training materials.
- Participate in change management and release activities across SAP landscapes.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- SAP Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Public Sector Management is preferred.
- 10+ years of SAP implementation and support experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Funds Management implementations.
- Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects is highly preferred.
