Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of warehouse processes, integration with SAP S/4HANA, and end-to-end implementation experience. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality SAP EWM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to warehouse and logistics operations.

- Configure and customize SAP EWM based on business needs.

- Participate in end-to-end SAP EWM implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.

- Design and implement inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.

- Configure warehouse structures, storage types, storage sections, bins, and activity areas.

- Configure warehouse task creation, warehouse orders, putaway, picking, replenishment, and physical inventory processes.

- Work on RF Framework and mobile warehouse transactions.

- Configure handling units (HU), packing, deconsolidation, and Value Added Services (VAS).

- Integrate SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, QM, TM, and S/4HANA modules.

- Perform testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and support defect resolution.





- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with technical teams.

- Conduct end-user training and prepare functional documentation.

- Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.

Required Skills

- Robust expertise in SAP EWM configuration.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM and/or Decentralized EWM.

- Knowledge of warehouse management processes including:

- Inbound Processing

- Outbound Processing

- Internal Warehouse Movements

- Cross Docking

- Slotting and Rearrangement

- Wave Management

- Yard Management

- Physical Inventory

- Replenishment

- Experience with RF Framework and mobile warehouse devices.

- Knowledge of Handling Unit Management (HUM).

- Understanding of warehouse monitor and warehouse cockpit.

- Experience in integration with MM, SD, PP, QM, and TM.

- Ability to create functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- SAP EWM certification is preferred.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects is an added advantage.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications for EWM is desirable.

- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodology is preferred
