Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our client project. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce development, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and platform customization, along with hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Asynchronous Processing.
- Work on product enhancements, production defect fixes, and platform improvements.
- Perform bulk data cleanup and data fixes across Salesforce objects.
- Develop and maintain SOQL queries, reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Build daily reconciliation reports based on agent feeds into Salesforce.
- Design and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom UI solutions.
- Configure Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials, and Connected Apps.
- Participate in code reviews, version control (Git), and CI/CD deployment processes.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in Salesforce development.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex , Triggers, Batch Apex, and Asynchronous Processing.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Strong knowledge of SOQL , SOSL , Salesforce Flows, and Platform Automation.
- Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) , Git, and CI/CD deployment tools.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security architecture, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, OAuth 2.0, Connected Apps, and Named Credentials.
- Robust experience in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and CRM Analytics.
- Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Event-Driven Architecture is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Preferred).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
