We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development to design, develop, and enhance our Salesforce-native SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Architecture, Experience Cloud, and up-to-date development practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications while contributing to architecture, code quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers, Flows, and Asynchronous Apex.
- Build and enhance Experience Cloud portals, custom data models, automation, and secure sharing models.
- Develop scalable solutions using Apex Enterprise Patterns and Trigger Frameworks.
- Participate in managed package development, AppExchange releases, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and mentor junior developers while following software engineering best practices.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Flows, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Architecture, Experience Cloud, Security Model, Governor Limits, Sharing Rules, and Performance Optimization.
- Experience with Apex Enterprise Patterns, Trigger Frameworks, Git, CI/CD, Automated Testing, and Code Reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
