Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Trainer role based in Bhopal.

The Senior Sales

Trainer will design, deliver, and continuously improve sales training programs for dealer networks and internal sales teams, focusing on MLMML’s product portfolio and sales processes.

Responsibilities include conducting classroom and field training sessions, creating training materials and sales playbooks, and coaching sales personnel on consultative selling techniques and customer engagement. The role involves assessing training needs, tracking performance metrics,



and collaborating with sales leadership to align training content with business goals and product launches.

The Senior Sales

Trainer will also facilitate refresher trainings, support onboarding of new sales team members, and ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences across the network.

Qualifications Strong Sales Trainings and Training & Development skills to design and execute effective sales enablement programs.

Excellent Presentation Skills to deliver engaging, clear, and persuasive training sessions for wide-ranging audience groups.

Advanced Communication skills to convey complex product and sales concepts, and provide constructive feedback to trainees.

Proven Customer Service orientation to model and reinforce best-in-class customer interaction standards.

Experience as a sales trainer or sales leader in automotive, EV, or commercial vehicles, preferably with dealer network exposure.

Ability to analyze sales performance data, identify skill gaps, and translate insights into targeted training interventions.

Comfort working on-site in Bhopal, with willingness to travel to regional locations as needed for trainings.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field; training certifications or coaching credentials are an advantage.
