About The Role We seek a driven Senior/ Sales Manager – North with a passion for video marketing and execution while consistently striving to exceed the expectations of clients, team members, and co-workers. The Senior/Sales Manager – North will be responsible for managing existing clients in Gurugram while also creating current client relationships and partnerships. Responsibilities Understand and communicate how Channel Factory’s products and offerings will assist clients in reaching their marketing goals

Manage client expectations,



including proposal strategy, brief response, and media plan creation

Expand relationships through regular client communication

Actively upsell and renew existing clients

Support business expansion and handle ad-hoc client requests Requirements & Qualifications 6+ years of experience in tech publishing or digital media agencies

Preferably 3+ years of Google Ads experience, with Google Ads or YouTube certification

Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and sales skills

Experience working with agencies and brands; strong network with top-tier advertisers is a plus
