NJob Position: Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager - Real Estate Sales

NJob Location: Noida

NWhat you'll do:

- Achieve targeted sales closures and generate customer walk-ins from the leads assigned
N
- Lead timely servicing of assigned leads and close sales bookings with customers
N
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their continued engagement and commitment to promoting our services.
N
- Propose schemes to reduce slow moving inventory/ facilitate fast movement of inventory
N
- Drive new sales throughChannel partners and reference network
N
- Respond to customer queries sent on mail within agreed timelines
N
- Track and analyse salesperformance metrics,



providing regular reports and insights to management
N

nWhat you'll need:

- Bachelor's degreein business management, marketing, or related field
N
- Minimum 4 +years of proven experience in sales/ business development role, preferably in the real estate or prop-tech industry
N
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
N
- Good communication and presentation abilities
N
- Results-oriented with aproven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
N
- Strong sales acumen with good sense and adaptation to organization culture
N
- Must have knowledge of the Noida Real-Estate market

- Should be a go better, Team Player and Target Oriented
