Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused sales executive to join the FinGrad team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to drive enrollments while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve objections to drive successful conversions.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with current and existing customers.

- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities using Microsoft Excel.

- Track leads, schedule follow-ups, and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

- Stay updated on FinGrad's products, services,



and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, or a related field.

- Prior experience in sales, business development, inside sales, and customer relationship management.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.

- Ability to handle objections, follow up with leads, and close sales effectively.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Interest in financial markets, investing, or financial education will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
